Every training session, fixture, and club event happens thanks to a dedicated few who give their time freely. But right now, they're stretched to the limit. Most juggle day jobs, family life, and other commitments. We can’t sustain our club without your help. Get Involved — Big or Small You don’t have to be a hockey expert. Or even a club member! Mums, dads, grandparents, partners, friends - if you’ve got enthusiasm or a helpful skill, we’d love to hear from you. Summer League Please review the information below with reference to this years club summer league. Here you will find team lists, fixtures and a link to the results table. Matches will be 7 a side on half pitch at Carmarthen Leisure Centre Astro. Matches will run for a total of 20 mins total (no 1/2 time). Rules In terms of rules for Summer league, its simple - - We will follow all normal hockey regulations, except for aerials. No Aerials are permitted in Summer League. - Shinguards are required, anyone without shinguards will not be able to play! Please be respectful when HITTING a shot.
